Description:DABA1300 PLC controlled high speed slitting machine is suitable for label. The supported max width of material is 1300mm.
The whole machine frame is made of cast iron, with extremly high precision and stability. Siemens touch screen, slitting accuracy 0.1mm. It adopts 3 sets servo motors, individual slitting with reasonable structure, equipped with imported photo-electricity, multi-point speed control to ensure full purpose, stable performance, flexibility of adjustment and operation.
It is applied with automatic tension control at unwinding & rewinding units. Support both forward and reverse direction running. High quality web guide system. Easy to exchange the up rewinder air shaft with different size by screws. Waste discharged by suction system. International brand of counting by meters or pieces.

Feature:
1. Adopt 3 sets servo motor to control, which guarantee the machine working stable.
2. Touch screen: Siemens brand. Languages can be Chinese, English, Russian etc.
3. PLC control system: Adopt Mitsubishi PLC to achieve accurate and tension control, true color touch screen display to enable simple and beautiful images. The user only needs to input the material thickness, width, density, diameter and speed parameters, the slitting will be done automatically by a computer calculation.
2. Unwinding unit: It adopts shaft-less auto loader, which loading raw materials fast and easy, single-person operation. EPC (Edge position control) uses imported LPC corrective device, it can achieve guide function by material edge and printed marks. And it adopts magnetic powder brake through PLC to achieve a constant tension.
3. Slitting Unit: Standard equiped with 10 sets circular knives, razor knife is optional.
4. Rewinding unit: It adopts pneumatic loading system, automatic up and down and easy to control. Tension control by Servo motor and inverter. Rewinding roller uses 2 sets air shaft, fix the material automatically.
5. Web guide sensor: 1 set EPC, adjust the position of material automatically.
7. Adopt Laser lights for adjust paper cores position.
8. The whole machine frame is made of cast iron, with extremly high precision and stability. All guide rollers are highly hardened aluminum alloys, with static and dynamic equilibrium treatment.
