DBRY-320 Series Label Flexo Printing Machine

Features: 

1.Main motor adopts frequency stepless speed regulator motor;

2.Unwinder and rewinder are controlled by magnetic powder brake, clutch and tension

inspector.  Tension controller is automatic. Unwinding tension control using Mitisubish tension system, and rewinding tension control using Zhongxing tension system (Mitisubish is optional);

 

3.Machine adopts ceramic Anilox roller, rust-resistant and long using life, etc. 

   It can improve the printing quality and efficiency;

4.Each Printing unit adopt 360º to regulation;

5.Each Printing unit have one IR drying system (UV drying system is optional);

6. The roller can go away automatically when stopping machine,keep low speed runing in order to prevent from ink dry too quick;

7.From material-feeding, printing, drying, vanishing, laminating, molding, die-cutting, rewinding to waste-collecting can be done in the same machine, the machine is known for machine characteristics such as wide printing range, environmental ink, fast printing speed, convenient operation, high economic benefit and so on.
