Our DBFQ-320 Slitting machine is a new design machine. Our company researches it independently, with all of its proprietary intellectual property and manufacturing technology. This machine is mainly used for narrow web labels slitting. Suitable for adhesive paper, thermal paper, aluminum foil, film and other materials. The machine adopts the automatic tension system. And for the automatic tension of unwinding and rewinding units, We use 5 kilograms of magnetic powder, more durable and sensitive, so the machine with no delay in working. The slitting speed is 220m/min. In order to support the material during operation, 13 guide rollers are used. The control of machine operation has two places, one is touch screen control and the other is manual operation control panel.

Usage : These electrical photo cell is used to guide the non neat material .make sure the slitting effect is good .
The photo eyes focus on the edge of material ,you can choose to use single eye or double eyes .
3.Slitting unit
This machine is standard equipped with 8 sets of slitting blades ,The minimum slitting width is 15 MM ,if
you want to slit smaller width ,you can customize self-locking knives . It's easy to adjust the slitting width
based on your products .
4.Rewinding unit
It's inflatable by air compressor ,convenient to upload and discharge the material ,You can rewinding
them into one shafts or two shafts according to your products . Easy to operate ,maintain,and change .
