Machine Feature:

Fully automatic 4-shaft turret type non-stop rewinding machine, the rate of achieving paper success is up to 100%. And it ensures that the tension stability of equipment in the production stage regardsless of jog, speed increase, speed reduction, emergency, to realize the best condition of printing machine.
2. The turret type rewinding machine system adopts the world famous brand Bosch Rexroth,which provides intelligent production solutions. It adopts full servo closed-loop tension control and equips with a vibrating plate automatic paper-feeding tube mechanism, a discharge mechanism, to realize online non-stop rewinding.
3. The rewinder can be connected to rotary die cutting, slitting machines, flexographic printing machines and other equipment. It is equipped with a 1-inch 1.5-inch 3-inch quick release air-expansion shaft. The rewinding machine does not require manual mechanical adjustment when changing the size of different reels, its system automatically adjusts the size of the reel to reduce the labor force for intelligent production.

For the unwind parts, we can connect with your slitting and die cutting machine or printing machine, or other high speed running machines. we could also add a hydraulic unwinding and slitting unit with our main part. For the synchronization with other machine, we have online encoder from Megawa, japan to ensure it.

* Auto Gluing System
The machine got two gluing system in our machine, one for paper core gluing .Before rewinding, this system will glue two circles on the paper core, which allows the material connects with material. One is for tail gluing, when the rewinding is approaching end, this system will inject a little glue in the surface of material then a brush will go down and press the material, so that we could seal the material.
For Glue we use hot melt glue on the machine
* Auto Rewinding System
The machine have four shafts in daily working, according to working sequence ,one for paper core loading, two for rewinding, the last one is for unloading. Four shafts will go clockwise with the turning plate in the machine.
For rewidning airshaft we provide 3 sets (12pcs) for different paper core inner diameter size.
Standard airshaft size : 1inch *4pcs, 1.5inch *4pcs, and 3inch *4pcs.

A: Usually finish the production within 45days after your 30% advanced payment, actually need to check according our stock & production plan.

A: We accept T/T, 30% in advance and 70% balanced against B/L copy.

A: You should charge for the cost of our engineer's visa , air tickets, hotel, food ,and also their salary 100USD one day per person.
