 1. Fully automatic 4-shaft turret type non-stop rewinding machine, the rate of achieving paper success is up to 100%. And it ensures that the tension stability of equipment in the production stage regardless of jog, speed increase, speed reduction, emergency, to realize the best condition of printing machine. 

2.  The turret type rewinding machine system adopts the world famous brand Bosch Rexroth,which provides intelligent production solutions. It adopts full servo closed-loop tension control and equips with a vibrating plate automatic paper-feeding tube mechanism, a discharge mechanism, to realize online non-stop rewinding. 
3.  The rewinder can be connected to rotary die cutting, slitting machines, flexographic printing machines and other equipment. It is equipped with a 1-inch 1.5-inch 3-inch quick release air-expansion shaft. The rewinding machine does not require manual mechanical adjustment when changing the size of different reels, its system automatically adjusts the size of the reel to reduce the labor force for intelligent 
production.

The buffer shelf stores the incoming paper to ensure continuous supply during the downtime of the non-glue four-axis system. Once the roll change is complete, the paper in the buffer shelf is quickly consumed, preparing for the next production round.

Automatic Paper Core Loading System

Automatic Start/Stop: The sensors monitor the paper core quantity on the conveyor and automatically start or stop the bowl feeder based on the load, ensuring efficient operation.

Precise Control: The sensors count the paper cores being loaded, ensuring each machine action is accurate and effective.

Continuous Transport: The system ensures a steady flow of paper cores to the machine, preventing production disruptions.

Shaking Design: The bowl feeder uses a vibrating mechanism to keep the paper cores in a horizontal position, reducing blockage

Quick-release Shafts

*Our machine have four shafts in daily working, according to working sequence ,one for paper core loading, two for rewinding, the last one is for unloading.  Four shafts will go clockwise with the turning plate in the machine.

*We got 12 quick-release shafts with the machine, 1;1.5; 3inch, each size have four shafts

Unwinding Unit

For the unwind parts, we can connect with your slitting and die cutting machine or printing machine,  or other high speed running machines.  we could also add a hydraulic unwinding and slitting unit with our main part.
